How to Download a Digital Item

Quick answer

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded after the confirmation of the payment from “Downloads” in “My account” on Ladycut.co.uk or from your email.

It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.

There are two kinds of digital purchases:

  • Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed.
  • Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them.

You can’t download a digital purchase through the Lady Cut app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Lady Cut on your mobile browser or computer.

I can’t find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding shop@ladycut.co.uk to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

For now, you can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account:

  • Sign in to ladycut.co.uk and go to My account.
  • Go to Downloads.

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

When will I receive my made-to-order digital item?

The delivery window for made-to-order digital items depends on the service.

To see the status of your made-to-order digital item, go to the Order of your Lady Cut account. Items that we are still working on are shown as “In progress”.

Once we finishe your order, you will receive an email with a link to download your digital file. You can also access your files by going to Downloads and selecting the Download files button. You will be able to leave a review for your purchase after you download your file.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Lady Cut account

Made-to-order digital items will be sent once we have finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact us directly to discuss how we can send you your files.

I’m having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact us for further assistance.

If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.

If you continue to have trouble, contact Lady Cut Support.

I want a refund or want to cancel my digital item

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. While this is shown automatically on all instant digital download items.

However if you are experiencing any problems with the file, contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.
