What are listing policies?

Physical items which weren’t customised are applicable to cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Consumer protection laws in the EU and UK require 14-day cancellation policy on orders delivered to the EU or UK – unless there’s an exception that the buyer is made aware of before they purchase an item.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.

Digital items and customised items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or cancellations because of the nature of these items.
