I Can't Find My Refund for an Order
If your order was refunded, and you can’t find it, first double check your payment method.
If your order hasn’t been refunded yet, contact us again for help.
How to find your payment method
To find which payment method you used for your order, check your email for an order confirmation from shop@ladycut.co.uk. Your payment method is displayed above the order Subtotal.
To view your order receipt on LadyCut.co.uk:
- On LadyCut.co.uk, select My account.
- Select Orders.
- Choose View receipt next to the order.
- Find Payment Method at the bottom of the order.
- Scroll to the bottom of the receipt to see Refund History.
