Why Is the Payment for My Purchase Still Processing?
Lady Cut screens and reviews orders to help protect the marketplace. If you received an email from Lady Cut saying that your order is still processing, it means that the transaction is being reviewed by Lady Cut.
How long will it take for my order to process?
Most orders are processed within 72 hours, although some orders may take longer. Some transactions are reviewed faster than others, which is why you only receive an email for certain orders.
You receive confirmation email when the order has been processed successfully.
Have I been charged for this order yet?
You may see a pending charge on your credit card or bank statement during this time. The charge will only be finalised when the purchase has been successfully processed.
